IMIP project aims to support the transition to a low-carbon economy through smart, sustainable and inclusive growth focused on the construction sector. The project contributes to climate change mitigation by increasing the use of wood and cork products in the construction and rehabilitation of public buildings thanks to its high energy and carbon storage capacity. IMIP project promotes the circular bio-economy by designing a new construction system based on prefabricated modular parts characterised by their easy, quick and economical assembly and disassembly for reuse.
IMIP project attaches the utmost importance to respecting the privacy and personal data of its interlocutors and to complying with the regulations in force. The processing of these data by IMIP project in its capacity as data controller is carried out in accordance with the methods described below.
Nature of the personal data collected and for what purposes?

Collection of data

IMIP project may collect personal data concerning its contacts via its form: first and last name, company, email and telephone number.
The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended are as follows:
To provide the information requested by the person concerned if necessary,
Manage the contact file,
Send invitations to events, webinars, activities and demonstrations,
Send communications and information about IMIP project's activities.

Use of data

Personal data is processed by IMIP project for the purposes set out above. IMIP project undertakes not to use them for any other purpose, nor to transmit them to third parties, except as provided for in this data management policy.

Personal data used for the purpose of managing the contact file is kept for a period of three years from the last contact between IMIP project and the data subject.
